SALT Cø. Date Night

We started these during the covid lockdowns when we couldn’t go round to people’s homes, when we called them Isolation Date Night Dinners. Take Aways were initially something I genuinely didn’t want to do back then as everyone was doing them. But it was my fiancee Laura’s idea and she persisted. I’m glad she did as they FLEW out during the lockdowns and only got busier when we added our signature Smoked Beef Wellingtons.

Now we do these on certain days throughout the year: New Year’s Eve, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother's and Father's Day. 

How these work is: The menu is set and we do all the prep and seasoning at SALT Cø. HQ in Upton. You can come and collect it from us chilled, with some easy to follow cooking instructions, then you can warm it up at your convenience at home. ‘Easy as Pie’ as they say. 

Usually for two people, but we can do them for any number of people.
