A new addition to the SALT Cø. Empire:
To be a Pastry Chef is to be a special kind of Chef. Restaurant kitchens are usually separated into savoury (starters and mains) and sweet (pastry), and there are specific qualifications for pastry chefs. Pastry is not a skill for every chef. But I love making desserts!
With this in mind, we are making desserts for restaurants locally to ease the pressures on their restaurant staff. If you are a local restaurant Owner/ Chef and want to discuss what we can do for you, feel free to get in contact here or call

Wedding Favours
We can cater for small wedding breakfasts at SALT Cø. Chef's Table for up to 8 guests. Although what tends to happen is that brides and grooms and top table tend to have their 'final' meal, before getting married, with us.
If your venue allows for outside caterers, they we will be more than happy to discuss what you would like for your wedding.
We would also love to make your wedding favours, be them hand crafted chocolates, our fudge, our macarons, i am sure we can make your wedding meal complete with some SALT Cø. goodness.
